Move-In administrative charge: a one-time fee of $10.00

Rental payment due: At the time the Lease Agreement is signed, one complete month rent is due.  If you rent the unit during the first 15-days of the month, the rent will be prorated.  If you rent the unit during the second 15-days of the month, you will pay the prorated rent for the first month plus the full rent for the following month.

When can you begin to store goods?  as soon as your paperwork is complete,  and during gate hours, you may begin to use your unit.
