Move-in administrative charge: a one-time fee of $10.00
Rental payment due: At the time the Lease Agreement is signed, one complete month rent is due. If you rent the space during the first 15-days of the month, the space will be prorated. If you rent the space during the second 15-days of the month, you will pay the prorated rent for the first month plus the full rent for the following month.
When can you begin to store goods: as soon as your paperwork is complete, and during gate hours, you may begin to use your space.
